During the second phase of this project, I co-led the Content Strategy team to publish brand guidelines alongside UX Research, UX Design, Product Strategy, and Dev teams.

Following the blue box road

After synthesizing data gathered from teams in the previous phase, content strategy worked to understand user needs, abilities, and goals for the project in order to develop solid voice and tone guidelines to lead future design iterations. 

The Brand Guideline document includes guidance on voice, tone, audience goals, grammatical structures and rules for writing on screens.
