My goal is to design solutions and experiences to help users navigate the digital world a bit easier by asking questions, testing, and constantly making changes to develop better products to meet business needs.
After 8 years in outside sales, I made the switch to UX to focus on the part of the job I loved most: finding solutions to client needs and having a direct impact on improving user experiences.
